For each assignment where the MindForce IP Team is asked to find potential licensees, it is very important for both the Client and MindForce to arrive at the same future exit structure and strategy.
Our main focus is to bring our client IP from our starting point to one or more licensee transactions.

Market-Focused Report Card
MindForce's "signature" market commercialization assessment depicts the IP's business and market opportunity centered on why the technology matters and associated benefits.
Licensing Marketing Package
Based on our agreement with the IP owner, MindForce will usually develop a complete sales package, including the Market-Focused Report Card. This datailed sales package provides market-facing details about the opportunity, and is put together by the IP Team who will be proactively marketing the IP technology and who, also, will be intimately familiar with it.
After these materials are created, the MindForce IP Team will enter into active marketing to generate sales leads:
Pro-Active Marketing
The IP Team will find the most appropriate corporations interested in licensing or buying the technology. Armed with our two marketing presentation materials, the MindForce team will tap their own rolodexes, as well as leverage the global network of our sister firm, MBA GlobalNet, to individually reach out by phone and e-mail to engage targeted individuals within these companies.
