review all IP sent by MindForce on behalf of IP owners. These companies are seeking disruptive product innovations to add to their portfolio mix.
Typically, MindForce's client (an IP owner) wants to sell or license its IP to one of these companies.
MindForce represents the IP owner and is, therefore, paid a broker fee by it if a deal is consummated.
Assembling IP Team To Proactively Seek IP Solutions to Defined Need
Too often companies depict their technology needs in feature-oriented scientific abstracts with specific technical requirements. MindForce works with a client to define these technology needs in terms of problems to be solved in their industry or within a product-line. These one-page Needs Report Cards showcase the problem in business english, without assuming a specific technology discipline or approach. These reports may, at the Client's discretion, also be advertised in the MBA GlobalNet Entrepreneur Marketplace which reaches 100,000 MBAs throughout the world.
Once a Needs Report Card is created, a selected multi-discipline IP Team conducts an intensive search through scientific sources, especially universities, government labs, and companies, for new and emerging technologies that are potential technology solutions. Depending on the client, MindForce will be responsible for locating, analyzing and/or presenting the discovered technology solution to the client.
