MindForce Technology is a practice of MindForce Consulting focused on commercializing and licensing IP. We approach technology commercialization ONLY from a business and market-focused perspective as most of our project leaders combine the business savvy of MBAs with considerable technology expertise. Our goal is to maximize the ROI for a patent or portfolio of patents for our client.
We are about flexibility, putting together the right team of highly qualified experts for each IP technology, achieving ROI, and also cost-efficiency. For each technology, we build a core IP Team, led by one or more of our project leaders and tap into thousands of experienced MBAs with domain expertises from our sister firm, MBA GlobalNet, to deliver industry and functional experts when needed. We then place 100% emphasis on the business opportunity.
We accept assignments based on the firm belief by the IP Team we form that it can secure one or more licensees. Otherwise, why bother. Usually, we ask for a minimal upfront fee to create the licensing marketing sales package needed to send to potential licensees, and an incentive-based backend success royalty fee.
