1) PACKAGE COMPANY FOR FUNDING
Have idea. Get Funding! If it were only that simple for entrepreneurs with solid IP and lots of ambition. In reality, investors need to see not only proof of concept validation, but the management team to make it happen. MindForce assists the entrepreneur, first, through building our own Venture Team to work with the entrepreneur to meet agreed-upon milestones in exchange for equity, and upfront (or post-capital receipt) consulting fees. Plus, through our efforts, we also identify a proper investment-worthy management team, and work with the new team to get funding.

2) PROVIDE VENTURE MENTORING
Sometimes an entrepreneur doesn't need a management team or funding, but definitely needs assistance in the various new venturing aspects of an early stage company. Depending on the situation, MindForce can provide one or more advisors to mentor the entrepreneur.

3) CONDUCT BUSINESS PLAN/INVESTOR PRESENTATION REVIEWS
Entrepreneurs see their own ideas with rose-colored glasses. They need objective business assistance regarding their completed business plans and/or investor presentations. We'll bring in one or more experts to provide review feedback as requested.

4) FIND BETA CLIENT(S), PARTNERSHIPS
Investors want to see startups that have clients. Depending on the situation, we may work with the entrepreneur and management team to line up key strategic partnerships, initial beta clients, and then first users for our client.


For Licensing IP

THE LICENSING PROGRAM
We put together a MindForce Licensing Team focused on finding one or more licensees who are willing to pay royalty fees. We approach technology licensing ONLY from a business and market-focused perspective as most of our project leaders combine the business savvy of seasoned MBAs and considerable technology subject matter expertise.

In all cases, we accept assignments where our success is our client's success. Usually, we first conduct an initial market analysis to understand the scope of the opportunity, work effort involved and upside. In order to move forward, we then must have a firm belief that we can secure one or more licensees if our client has reasonable expectations. Otherwise, why bother.

Our upside, in all cases, will include an incentive-based back-end success royalty fee for each license we do. We may also ask for a minimal upfront fee to define the specific market opportunity, especially if we need to create the marketing sales package to send to potential licensees.

Then, our team, leveraging their business contacts and MindForce's network resources, actively seeks out companies to discuss the licensing opportunity. We also can actively help close the licensing sale by assisting in the licensing negotiations.
