MindForce Ventures is a practice of MindForce Consulting focused on creating new businesses and raising capital. MindForce Ventures works with companies in their pre-seed stage or emerging growth stage.
MindForce Ventures has forged a new role within the venture creation business: Our role as a Venture Producer for a Client that needs an execution team, product or service clarity, market focus, and/or financing. We orchestrate talent to either 1) build a Venture Team to package a company for financing, or 2) build qualified teams or individuals who are incented to partner with our client to co-develop and launch high-potential business opportunities.
The best clients for our Venture Team programs have either a technology, product or service with potential multiple market opportunities in multiple industries. MindForce is adept at finding talented entrepreneurs and financing professionals interested in finding the "end of the rainbow."
MindForce operates two types of Venture Team programs:

The SpinOut Program
: A Venture Team forms to work on turning one technology into a new venture.

The Multi-Use Venture Launch Program
: A Venture Team forms to work with the client to determine the best execution for IP that conceivably is a platform technology to launch one or more new ventures in one or more industries.
In certain circumstances, the Venture Team may even recommend licensing the IP for use in Industry A, and starting a new venture in Industry B.
